Here is a piece I did for MediaPost's Metrics Insider. It talks about the various metrics that are available for Twitter. Stay tuned, because more and more are happening all the time.
I am fortunate to be an internationally-recognized expert in the areas of new media application, media strategy, media planning and metrics. As a veteran in the area of advertising media management, my experience is drawn from the creation of the first-generation advertising technology to dealing with today’s issues surrounding metrics in the digital marketplace.
At the forefront of new metrics applications, my advisory board and industry committee involvement has included the AAAAs, ARF, comScore Media Metrix, Quantcast, IAB, I-Com and The Online Publishers Association, where I work to establish and refine standards in metrics, business practices and financial issues for interactive advertising.With a number of awards to my name, including an Effie, I've also been awarded the ad:tech Industry Achievement Award and am in the Hall of Fame for sfBIG. These accolades recognized long-term dedication and consistent outstanding service to the digital marketing industry. I have a BA from the University of Washington. I love playing guitar and singing and am a gourmet Chinese cook.
